Registered Nurse (RN)

A healthcare network in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need at one of their group homes in Queens with the addition of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).

About the Opportunity :

Start Date : ASAP

Assignment Length : Ongoing (Contract to Hire)

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Hours : Flexible (8hrs per day)

Patient Population : Adults (IDD / Medically Fragile)

Patient Volume : 10 per day

Responsibilities :

Provide documented oversight of medical appointments and medical issues

Coordinate and monitor health services as well as signs and symptoms of illness

Train and oversee all medical systems and document accurate completion of

Monitor care during medical hospitalizations

Qualifications :

NYS Registered Nurse license

Desired Skills :

1+ year of Nursing experience

Experience with the OPWDD population
