North Carolina P&C Licensed Call Center Agent

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from existing customers

Process service requests such as adding / removing vehicles and drivers

Assist customers with inquiries regarding existing insurance policies and make necessary changes

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a call center environment

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Passion for helping others

Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting

Availability to work Monday to Friday from 1 : 30pm to 12am EST
