About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Marketing Project Manager to join a dynamic team managing multiple e-commerce and subscription brands. You'll be the go-to person for driving execution across digital marketing, brand development, Amazon product launches, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership : Take charge of key marketing initiatives across multiple brands, ensuring deliverables are met on time and with precision.
- Google Ads & Digital Marketing : Implement recommendations from recent audits and evaluate outcomes.
- Brand Repositioning : Serve as the bridge between internal teams and branding agencies during rebrand projects.
- Email Marketing : Oversee timelines and quality assurance for email campaigns.
- New Product Launches : Coordinate go-to-market timelines and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product rollouts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Work closely with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
- Process Improvement : Establish workflows and repeatable systems to streamline operations.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates on progress and challenges directly to the CEO and marketing team.

What We're Looking For
3-5 years of marketing project management experience, ideally in fast-paced CPG and e-commerce. Subscription business experience is a plus.
Fluent in Spanish (highly desired).Onsite Monday-Friday 8AM-5PMExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.Strong organizational skills, comfort with minimal structure, and a self-starter mindset.Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Notion, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, etc.Salary $80K-$90K (DOE)
