At Pet Wants Mira Mesa , we treat pets like family. Our store specializes in fresh, natural pet food and premium treats and supplies , and we’re thrilled to be opening a brand-new grooming salon ! We’re looking for our first groomer —someone who is not only technically skilled but also shares our passion for high-quality, compassionate pet care.

Requirements : Responsibilities :

• Provide professional grooming services (bathing, cuts, styling, nail trimming, de-shedding, etc.) with a pet-first focus on safety and comfort .
• Communicate clearly with pet parents, explaining grooming options and setting expectations.
• Spot and share observations about skin, coat, or health issues with owners.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized grooming environment .
• Help connect grooming clients with our premium foods and supplies .
• Represent our brand at local events and build lasting customer relationships .

Qualifications :

Bonus : Interest in holistic pet nutrition and care.
