Compensation : Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission

The Role
This high-impact sales position is central to the company’s national expansion strategy. As a National Sales Agent , you’ll be responsible for cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across the commercial construction space—driving revenue, supporting local branch development, and representing the company’s tailored roofing solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with Estimating, Project Management, and senior leadership, ensuring that each client engagement is technically sound, competitively positioned, and aligned with company goals.
Success in this role will be defined by the ability to build a robust sales pipeline, close deals across multiple markets, and maintain enduring relationships with national and regional clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial roofing opportunities at both national and regional levels
Build lasting relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, and facility directors
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate scopes, bids, and technical proposals
Attend site visits, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads
Track sales activity and customer engagement through CRM platforms
Participate in outbound sales initiatives and strategic account planning
Provide input on sales forecasting, territory development, and overall growth strategy
Represent the business with professionalism, technical credibility, and client-first integrity
Requirement
3+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction sales, ideally with national or regional exposure
Strong existing network within property management, facilities, or commercial development sectors
Confident communicator with a track record of building trust and closing complex deals
Experience working with or knowledge of various roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, BUR, metal)
Highly organised, self-driven, and entrepreneurial in mindset
Willingness to travel regularly to support relationship development and market expansion
Nice to Have :
Experience selling into multi-site or enterprise-level facility clients
Prior involvement with independently operated branch networks
Salary
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential , commensurate with experience and performance.

Remote position with flexibility, but regular U.S. travel is expected. Proximity to a major metropolitan area or established construction market is preferred.
