Job Details

UP TO $10,000 SIGNING BONUS

• From $100,000 - 110,000 per year
• Location served : Worcester and surrounding counties
• Job Type
• (32-40 hour position)
• Homecare experience preferred-minimum 1 year
• Current physical therapy licensure and CPR certification
• This position would primarily serve : Milford area to Worcester area.

Preferred Transitions is looking for Physical Therapists to join our 5 Star agency. We mainly service Worcester, Norfolk, Bristol and Middlesex Counties and are looking for clinicians who are committed to provide exemplary patient centered therapy to the Medicare population. We are a dynamic VNA with “an old fashioned VNA feel” who put patient care first.
