Position Summary :

Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for storytelling, branding, and strategic communications? We are seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to help promote our companys services, enhance our brand presence, and lead proposal development efforts in collaboration with our leadership team.

This role is essential in positioning our company as a leader in the construction industry by crafting compelling proposals, managing marketing assets, and coordinating internal and external promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with management to develop and execute company marketing strategies
• Analyze RFPs / RFQs and lead the preparation of proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs)
• Write, edit, and format content for proposals and presentations that reflect our capabilities and brand voice
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop cohesive proposal strategies and identify differentiators
• Maintain and organize content including resumes, project descriptions, photography, and previous proposal material
• Manage deadlines and workflow to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions
• Create and oversee production of internal collateral (e.g., business cards, branded apparel, promotional materials)
• Research and implement advertising and marketing opportunities aligned with company goals
• Represent the company at industry and recruiting events
• Manage and curate content for social media platforms
• Oversee and contribute to website content and strategy
• Provide general marketing support as needed
