A company is looking for a Developer Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Support developers by debugging issues and guiding them through onboarding
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance the developer experience
Build and improve internal tools and processes for troubleshooting and support efficiency
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role, or experience building and shipping a mobile app
Proficiency in either iOS (Swift / Objective-C) or Android (Java / Kotlin) app development
Ability to debug code with minimal information and diagnose issues from logs or stack traces
Technical curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and frameworks
Resourcefulness in finding solutions and a collaborative mindset in a remote work environment
