This position is with a financially stable and well-managed primary care organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to adult patients aged 17 and up, with an average patient age of 45-50. Salary and Benefits

• Estimated Total Annual Compensation : $110,000 - $130,000
• Profit Sharing : $15,000 to $20,000 annually
• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance : Employer covers 85%
• Retirement Plan : 401(k) with a 4% match
• Student Loan Repayment : $350 monthly
• Paid Time Off : Three weeks (15 days), plus five additional days for CME with a $1,500 allowance
• Paid Holidays : Includes one full week off at the end of the year
• Licensure and Certification Coverage : Employer pays for DEA and license renewals
• Supplemental Benefits : LTD / STD and relocation assistance
• Work-Life Balance : No evening shifts; closed for one full week annually
