Volt is immediately hiring a QUA Technician in  Red Wing, MN, with a well-known industry leader.

In this role you will be inspecting and repairing defective or damaged safety blocks.

This is a first shift position- 10 hours day 4 days a week 5 am - 3 : 30 pm

As a QUA Tech you will :

• Visually examines returned block for damage.
• Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Support non-conformances (NC’s) with product repair
• Source & manage Block Repair parts inventory as needed
• Participate in Idea Card program and Continuous Improvement activities and generating ideas for improvements.

Qualifications :

Estimated Duration :  4+months

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Rate : $30.00-$40.00 per hour
