Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Assisting customers with their questions and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve overall service quality.
  • Handling a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensuring a positive experience for every customer, addressing their needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications.
  • Required Work Hours

    Monday through Friday, first shift.
