Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : 4015 S. Arizona Ave. Ste 2 Chandler, Arizona 85248

Incentives :   $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350 / month Student Loan Repayment

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Compensation : Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program
