Job descriptionOperate computer-to-plate (CTP) equipment to produce high-quality printing plates for sheetfed and web offset printing presses. Review digital files for accuracy before imaging. Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot platemaking and processing equipment. Inspect plates for defects and ensure alignment with job specifications. Collaborate closely with Prepress and Pressroom teams to meet production deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. What You Bring : Experience with Fujifilm, Kodak, Creo, and / or Screen plate setters. Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player. Ability to work 1st shift (8am-4pm) and open to overtime opportunities. Basic computer literacy and mechanical aptitude. Education & Experience : High School diploma or equivalent. 2–4 months of experience in prepress, platemaking, or related print industry. Physical Requirements : Standing 50% | Lifting up to 35-75 lbs. lbs. repeatedly | Carrying 25-50 lbs. | Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.
