Oracle 19C Upgrade experience a big plus.
Nice to Have's : Delphix
Snowflake
PowerBI
Good performance tuning ability (some light DBA skills).
Additional Nice to Haves :
Basic Java knowledge to understand code flow, find out the queries, stored procedures used.

Encryption technologies and experience
IT process of Incident Management / ITIL, Problem Management, Change Management and Configuration Management.
