Responsibilities

• Deal Execution & Due Diligence : Support investment team in evaluating potential acquisitions through financial modeling, industry research, and due diligence processes.
• Portfolio Management : Work closely with portfolio company management to monitor performance, develop strategic initiatives, and assist in operational improvements.
• Market & Sector Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of target industries to identify new investment opportunities and support thesis development.
• Internal Reporting & Presentations : Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal investment committees and external stakeholders.
