Job Description / Cocinero Industrial : Descripcin de Trabajo

• Cooking variety of sauces, soups, salsas, and beans in industrial size kettles (200 gallons) / Cocinar variedad de salsas para pastas, salsas, frijoles en batches tamao industrial (200 galones)
• Ensuring each cook cycle is completed accurately by controlling the ingredients entering the kettle, the cook time and cook temperatures. / Asegurarse de que cada ciclo de coccin se complete con precisin controlando los ingredientes que ingresan al hervidor, el tiempo de coccin y las temperaturas de coccin.
