What You'll Do as a Restaurant General Manager
Lead & Inspire Your Team Coach and develop a strong team that delivers exceptional service.Run a Profitable Business Manage operations efficiently with a focus on cost control, inventory, and labor.Create a Positive Work Environment Build a culture that values respect, teamwork, and recognition.Deliver 5-Star Customer Experiences Ensure fast, high-quality service and food safety standards.Hire & Develop Talent Recruit, train, and retain top-performing team members.Maintain Safety & Compliance Follow OSHA, health codes, and company security policies.Keep the Restaurant Running Smoothly Manage scheduling, facility maintenance, and marketing execution.Who We're Looking For
A strong, people-first leader with a passion for developing teams.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Business-savvy with profit & loss responsibility experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and drive engagement.Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership (minimum 2 years preferred).College degree preferred, but equivalent experience is welcomed.Must be 18 years or older.This role requires a 50-hour workweek.
