Neurology Locums Job in Washington Monday-Friday Beginning ASAP - Ongoing Assignment

Coverage Details

Start Date : ASAP for up to 6 months

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Setting : Clinic

Reason for Coverage : Hospitalist model changing, excluding ambulatory visits

Credentialing : 45-90 days

Shift Description

First Day : Unit orientation prior to patient care; light patient load with EPIC support on site

Requirements

Board Certification : Board Certified Highly Preferred , Board Eligible

State License : WA Highly Preferred , Will consider IMLC

Other Certifications : BLS, DEA Required

Malpractice : Clean Highly Preferred

Availability : 60 days from start date; specific dates and blackout dates required for presentation

MD / DO General Neurologist

Two Current Supervisory Professional References required

Duties

New patients, follow-up visits, therapeutic treatments (Botox, ONB, etc.)

Required Procedures : Minimal, Botox, ONB, etc.

Patient Volume : 13-15 per day

Support Staff : Established LPN or MA already in clinic

EMR : EPIC
