With a focus on premium hospitality, efficient operations, and scalable systems, Priddy Spaces manages multiple LLCs across various coworking and commercial real estate properties.
Position Overview
The CFO will oversee the financial operations of Priddy Spaces and its affiliated entities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight across all accounting and finance functions. This includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and supporting the leadership team with data-driven decision-making. The CFO will also ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable regulatory requirements. In addition to these core duties, they must have experience securing funding, which includes preparing for investment, managing investor relations, and closing capital raises.
Capital strategy and planning
Capital structure optimization : Determine the optimal mix of debt and equity financing to support the company's growth objectives. Advise the executive team on the best financing options, such as bank loans, venture capital, or private equity.
Financial modeling : Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for fundraising purposes, including projections for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and valuation. Use these models to present different growth scenarios to potential investors.
Investor management and outreach
Fundraising and investor relations : Lead fundraising initiatives, including preparing investor presentations, conducting due diligence, and managing the entire fundraising process.
Relationship management : Cultivate and maintain relationships with investment banks, venture capital firms, private equity funds, and other financial institutions.
Reporting to stakeholders : Present financial performance and strategic plans to external stakeholders, including existing investors and potential new funders, to build credibility and transparency.
Transaction execution
Term sheet negotiation : Lead negotiations on term sheets and definitive agreements with investors to secure favorable terms and close funding rounds.
Acquisitions and integrations : Evaluate the financial viability of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). If a deal proceeds, oversee the financial integration of the acquired company into the existing multi-location structure.
