Healthcare Plus is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our Local Field Support team. This role plays a key part in supporting our caregivers, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and providing excellent internal customer service to our field staff, clients, and case supervisors.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, is comfortable on the phone, and wants to build experience in the healthcare or home care industry.
Track, verify, and record hours worked by caregivers to ensure accurate payroll
Enter and maintain timesheets and payroll data in our system
Contact caregivers to verify hours, resolve missed punches, and address timekeeping concerns
Distribute payroll checks and assist with payroll-related requests
Check and respond to voicemails daily
File timesheets, task reports, and other documentation accurately
Assist caregivers with Portal App setup, clock-in/clock-out methods, and updating contact information
Gather information for employment verifications, check stubs, W-2 copies, and replacement checks
Support case supervisors and operations staff with administrative tasks as assigned
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working on the phone and in person
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently while exercising good judgment
Basic computer skills with proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
