Sr. Manager HR Business Partner

Job Title

Responsibilities :

• Partner with 3-4 senior executives to align HR strategies with business objectives across multiple operational areas.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Lead quarterly talent reviews, including succession planning and performance calibration.
• Support leaders in achieving business goals through effective people strategies.
• Advise managers on complex performance management and disciplinary issues.
• Develop and implement structured Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Conduct and oversee investigations into employee relations and policy violations.
• Coach managers on leadership and people management best practices.
• Implement leadership and high-potential talent development programs.
• Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives to support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage HR-related risks across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on regulatory matters and HR audits
