Role Overview
As a Process Owner for Finance within the SPM, OSM, IB / OKS space, you will champion process improvements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure our finance workflows are standardized, compliant, and efficient. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful change by optimizing operations and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills
In-depth knowledge of finance principles, processes, and systems. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Oracle Quote to Cash process. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional teamwork. Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments focused on innovation.
Responsibilities include serving as a liaison with other divisions to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing and process management, also to drive automation and simplification projects. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding proposed to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and / or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $75,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
