Customer Experience and Inside Sales Representative
Location : Greensboro, NC
Compensation : $60,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Incentive Opportunity

About the Role -
We are seeking a Customer Experience and Inside Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional showroom and sales support to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing consultative guidance, preparing accurate quotes, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to project follow-up.
Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and sales success by combining inside sales skills with a commitment to delivering an excellent showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage incoming leads and walk-in showroom visitors with a professional, welcoming approachConsult with customers on material and design selections to align with their project goalsPrepare accurate quotes and proposals, ensuring timely and professional deliveryFollow up on active projects to answer questions and move opportunities toward closingMake daily outbound calls to new and existing customers for follow-up and relationship buildingTrack and document all customer interactions in HubSpot CRM, including :Calls, emails, quotes, meetings, and showroom visitsMaintain an outstanding showroom experience, including :Organizing samples and displaysKeeping the showroom clean and guest-readyManaging hospitality items, such as beverages and umbrellas when appropriateQualifications :
2–3 years of experience in inside sales, showroom sales, or customer service with a demonstrated track record of sales successStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetExperience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and advanced computer skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneouslyProfessional demeanor and ability to create a welcoming, brand-aligned showroom experienceSchedule & Work Environment :
Monday – Friday, 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pmOne Saturday per month, 9 : 00am – 1 : 00pmPrimarily office and showroom-based with limited travelAbout Bronwick -
