The hospital is a Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care accredited Chest Pain Center and is acknowledged as a Level II Trauma Center by the Virginia Department of Health.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and state-of-the-art environment, focusing on stroke patients, who make up a significant portion of the population served. Shifts are scheduled from 10 : 30 to 19 : 00, Monday through Friday, with the requirement of working one weekend per month. Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Acute
Experience : 2 years
Licenses : OT-VA
Certifications : OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
Acute Care Hospital Setting, stroke pt is a large population
NO NEW GRADS
Must have Acute Care / Hospital Setting- 2 years of experience minimum.
Must have greater than 2 years of experience outside of training
OT needed for 13 weeks
Shift is 8-16 : 30 M-F & one weekend / month
