We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities : - Assessing the health status of patients and documenting their medical history- Administering medications prescribed by physicians and monitoring their effects- Assisting with diagnostic tests and follow-up procedures- Collaborating with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans for patients- Providing basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing- Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature- Educating patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and post-discharge care- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records- Responding to emergency situations and providing immediate medical assistance when necessary- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements : - Valid LPN license in [state of employment]- Proven experience working as a LPN in a healthcare setting- Sound knowledge and understanding of nursing principles and practices- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management abilities- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare software- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
