The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience leading product management teams.
- Experience with Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management.
- Experience working cross-functionally, partnering with groups such as Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, UX and UI.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's in Computer Science or Business.20 years of experience leading product management teams, creating successful enterprise software products and platforms, guided by customer empathy.Track record of mentoring and motivating to build the next generation of leaders.Strong organization, critical thinking, prioritization, and written and verbal communication skills.Domain expertise in AI / ML.Responsibilities
Define and convert a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term vision for Google Cloud Security Platform portfolio, capitalizing on opportunities in security, identity, and Agentic AI. Evolve the platform to be AI-ready.Collaborate with engineering to establish and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure identity and security solutions meet workload needs. Drive effective collaboration with strategic external partners.Partner effectively with Go-to-Market teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth and adoption.Lead, mentor, and scale the Cloud Security Product Management team, building upon their current successes to unlock greater potential, foster innovation, and meet the demands of this high-growth space.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
