7 : 45AM-5PM (M-F)Responsibilities :
Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiencyConduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performancePerform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concernsConduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stabilityMaintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each taskAssist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer serviceAdhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environmentRequirements :
emissions certified preferred
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferredProficient knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and oil change proceduresStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to operate shop equipment and tools safelyExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a team and independently with minimal supervisionBenefits :
