Our client is seeking a Business Operations and Pricing Analyst to join their team. As a Business Operations and Pricing Analyst, you will be part of the Sales Operations team supporting the Account Management and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Business Operations and Pricing Analyst
Location : Durham, NC (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite)
Pay Range : $35.00 / hour
What's the Job?
Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
Manage sales contracts in collaboration with Contracts and Finance teams, ensuring compliance with standard pricing and special programs.
Prepare and distribute pricing proposals and contracts.
Maintain sales territory and prospective target data, ensuring timely updates in Salesforce CRM.
Perform data management, including data scrubbing and pipeline reporting.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience, including 2 years supporting Sales operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce CRM, CPQ quoting, and SAP or similar systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
