• Work with installed customer base to solve maintenance and setup issues.
• Schedule and coordinate field engineers, techs, etc. to implement solutions.
• Source, purchase, and coordinate installation of parts.
• Identifies and develops relationships with new suppliers and negotiates prices and terms.
• Maintains inventory of stock, parts and tools.
• Assigns, rents and-or ships parts and specialty tooling based on project needs.
