Your Role : In our Investor Center, you will engage directly with clients, providing tailored guidance and intricate financial plans while enhancing our firm's reputation. With our outstanding resources and open architecture product platform, you'll focus on nurturing existing client relationships.

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven history of building relationships and offering insightful recommendations to meet client needs.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed, or willingness to obtain series 65 / 66 promptly upon hire.
  • A strong ability to explain complex financial solutions to an informed clientele, fostering trust and confidence.
  • A degree or professional certifications, such as CFP, are advantageous. If you don’t possess these, our Tuition Reimbursement program can support your goals.

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience and responsibilities. Total compensation may include bonuses based on performance.

    Fidelity's comprehensive benefits encompass health care coverage, emotional health support, a market-leading retirement plan, generous paid time off, parental leave, and educational assistance that includes student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement. All roles typically operate in a hybrid setting, requiring in-office attendance every other week (all business days, M-F). This requirement does not apply to remote or fully onsite positions.
