Synergy companies are looking for a new Telemarketer to join our San Leandro team. As a member of our Sales team , Youll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients over the phone, generating leads, and driving sales with your charisma, confidence, and ability to articulate value. What youll be doing :

• Engage with prospects over the phone in a friendly, confident, and professional manner to present our programs and services
• Generate leads by creating interest, qualifying prospects, and identifying customer needs
• Use your sales skills to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals effectively
• Track and maintain records of calls, conversations, and sales through reporting tools
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent communication, meet targets, and share best practices
• Hiring, training, and managing a sales team
• Sales coordination with administration and production staff
• Sales forecasting and reporting
