Role Description

CoStar Group is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join the LoopNet & Ten-X Sales division. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our 200+ person sales organization, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

As part of the Sales Operations team, you will play a key role in enhancing sales efficiency, managing revenue risks, and ensuring operational excellence. You will support campaign execution, optimize workflows, and provide critical insights into revenue generation. This position will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that maximize income, ensure compliance, and drive LoopNet's continued growth and leadership as a commercial real estate marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Build and Automate Reporting : Develop, enhance, and automate Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports to support visibility into sales performance, pipeline activity, and key KPIs.
• Sales Deal Support : Assist the sales team in deal structuring, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and internal approval processes.
• Territory & Account Management Support : Manage requests from sales leaders for updates to books of business, prospect lists, and target account assignment; ensure accurate resource allocation across the sales team.
• Ad Hoc Analysis & Reporting : Fulfill one-off data and reporting requests from sales leaders, including activity reports and prospect list updates to support sales strategy.
• At-Risk Account Monitoring : Track and escalate accounts flagged as at risk at specified intervals; work cross-functionally to help resolve issues and support account retention.
