Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our busy Fire Extinguisher Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and in person.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for fire extinguisher inspections, maintenance, and deliveries.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle billing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, sales staff, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records in our service management system.
• Assist with inventory tracking and office support tasks as needed.
