We are currently seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians for two distinct opportunities in Gainesville, Georgia : one in Hospice Care and one in Palliative Care . Outpatient Palliative Care clinic

Desirable schedule Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Hospice Practice Overview :

Dedicated hospice team serving patients for 40 years.

Inpatient Hospice Unit at main campus- 7 bed unit

Free standing 16 bed hospice currently under construction just minutes from main campus

Physicians support nursing and interdisciplinary staff by providing oversight for home hospice and in-home palliative care

Designated nurse staffing for after hour, weekend & holiday care
