About the role

We're seeking a proactive and quality-driven Area Team Leader to oversee maintenance operations and lead a high-performing production team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and provide hands-on leadership to technicians and operators. If you're passionate about operational excellence, team development, and driving productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

US salary ranges

$82,000.00 - $102,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law.
