About the Role

Visual Merchandiser supports the management team in achieving goals by providing world-class service. Serves as a role model for building relationships with customers. Maintains presence through store supervision to ensure appropriate staff coverage areas.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Make the store a fun, inspirational neighborhood destination
  • Continuously seek inspiration, trends, and ways to elevate product, decorating, and styling expertise
  • Replenish the sales floor regularly and maintain visual presentation and displays
  • Execute floorsets reflecting the brand's inspiration, standards, and spirit within the required timeframe
  • Foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly, with dignity and respect, in line with our People-First Philosophy

    • We're excited about you because...

  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual roles
  • 1-2 years experience in home-related design or visual merchandising preferred; specialty retail experience is a plus
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence others
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
  • Ability to operate POS system
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds safely

    • Additional Notes

    Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts. Greater availability may be required for 20+ hours weekly. Weekend availability must be on two separate days.

    This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. The anticipated pay range is $17.25-$18.25 per hour. Benefits may include :
