A company is looking for a Career Discovery Agent to drive new business opportunities in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities through persistent prospecting

Convert prospects into profitable new business by identifying needs and securing demonstrations

Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and manage sales activity effectively

Required Qualifications

Experience selling software to enterprise organizations, preferably in HR / Talent or Digital marketing

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas quarterly and annually

Strong influencing and negotiation skills
