Accountabilities :

Lead and oversee complex global projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones while monitoring progress, risks, and resource allocation.

Direct and motivate project teams to achieve goals, maintaining compliance with standards and procedures.

Manage project communications and foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

Apply project management principles to solve problems, identify efficiencies, and improve processes.

Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and record-keeping for all project phases.

Mentor and support junior project managers and operational teams in project and process management best practices.
