Estimator Responsibilities :

• Identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
• Estimate repair needs to customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Serve as the communication between the customer and the technician.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Write accurate repair orders & estimates using ProfitNet ADP
• Write accurate Estimates utilizing the three major estimating systems : Pathways, Mitchell, Audatex
