Evoqua is seeking a Service Manager to provide both tactical and strategic leadership for our water and wastewater service operations.
This role leads field service professionals across a large site and / or multiple locations, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing field service team through effective talent attraction, retention, coaching, and performance management.
- Translate customer requirements into workforce plans and objectives while maintaining strong visibility into KPIs, metrics, and service performance.
- Oversee departmental budgets, manage expenses, and drive workforce planning initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee relations matters while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with regional resources and stakeholders to ensure alignment, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product, system, and water quality standards are met while maintaining appropriate inventory levels across complex or multiple sites.
- Apply technical and operational expertise to support service excellence and drive long-term business success.
- Travel is expected between Fresno, CA and Sacramento, CA

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 plus bonus and company vehicle assigned. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
