Senior Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the evolution toward an AI-native frontline support and service organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the integration of customer experiences through technology and automated solutions

Translate needs into testable hypotheses and implement rapid test-and-learn pilots

Develop and manage a robust program roadmap and prioritize initiatives with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field

8+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or business operations

Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Solid understanding of program / project management methodologies and tools

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable
