Job descriptionInstall fiber drops from the terminal to the customers home Perform fusion splicing on-site Ensure clean, quality installations that meet our standards Complete accurate testing and documentation Top pay with potential to earn $650 / day Most techs average $320$450 / day Field training provided for the right candidates Company vehicles available for qualifying techs Opportunity to grow with a high-volume, fast-paced team Valid driver's license is required Must be able to pass a background check Basic tools preferred (we can help source gear if needed) Previous fiber or low voltage experience is a plus Willingness to work independently and professionally Strong communication and time management skills
