Responsibilities

KEY QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE

• As a Global Billing Analyst, you will focus on the adoption, accuracy and execution of billing processes that directly impact Apple's financial results.
• DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
• Co-ordinate with cross functional project teams on new product roll out and expansion.
• Own and manage day to day global billing and invoicing activities across Apple Pay products.
• Support programs that affect revenue recognition and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and customer experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure scalability and sustainability in billing operations.
• Represent Apple during collaboration with external customers.
• Create process flows, test, implement and assess effectiveness of process roll out and changes.
• Data analysis to drive performance and efficiency.
• Data management in the end to end process.
