Job descriptionProvide inpatient rounding on neurology patients Perform new patient consults and follow-up evaluations Manage stroke alerts and respond to acute ED cases and transfer evaluations Assist in pre- and post-operative management of endovascular cases Collaborate closely with attending neurologists and multidisciplinary care teams Support intermittent clinic in-basket management as needed Setting : Inpatient neurology with full privileges Case Mix : 100% adult; stroke and general neurology focus Team Model : Work alongside attending neurologists; not a solo role Credentialing Timeline : 90 days Active Illinois NP or PA license (required) Minimum 1 year of experience in neurology or acute care Board Certified or Board Eligible Certifications Required : ACLS & BLS CSR License required Epic EMR experience preferred
Schedule & Shifts :
- Shift Times : 7 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM
- Days : Monday Friday
- Shifts per Month : 20
- Call : Not required
