Product Manager

The Product Manager will be passionate about helping our members achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals. The Product Manager will be charged with supporting high performing cross-functional project teams, focusing on achieving aggressive growth goals for member acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Hampton, NH office or our future Boston, MA office.

Responsibilities

• Support the product development process from end to end : document existing processes and functional requirements, manage and prioritize backlogs, create detailed user stories, and support the development and launch of new features.
• Partner with engineering, QA, UX, scrum masters, and other key technology team stakeholders as part of the ongoing development lifecycle.
• For each project, gather and provide clear ticket requirements for UX and development teams, participate in ongoing project routines (standups, refinements with the working development team, sprint planning), complete ticket signoffs, and participate in end-to-end testing.
• Develop an understanding of our customers : their needs, their journeys, and their pain points. Support research and testing activities, e.g., surveys, concept testing, clickstream data, and A / B testing. Transform insights into opportunity hypotheses.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to surface feedback and opportunities for new projects and features.
• Collaborate with product leaders and strategy to define KPIs for new features. Measure and monitor business metrics and KPIs. A / B test and track impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams; including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional digital experiences
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Collaborate with product leadership to support the product vision and align it with the overarching business and digital strategy.
