Job description0–3 years of experience in estimating, takeoffs, or construction-related work. Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Strong communication and teamwork skills. A desire to learn, grow, and build a lasting career in the construction industry.

Our client is a growing concrete construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. They provide end-to-end concrete solutions built on craftsmanship, reliability, and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and competitive bid proposals for concrete projects.
- Review architectural and structural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Perform accurate material quantity takeoffs for concrete, formwork, rebar, etc.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to support the bid process.
- Help maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing, and vendor records.
- Participate in job site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed.
