A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead and oversee complex Agile projects remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote an Agile mindset through servant leadership and coaching
Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and drive continuous process improvements
Required Qualifications
15-20 years of experience as a Scrum Master
In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum framework, roles, ceremonies, and artifacts
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a servant leadership mindset
Proven ability to track sprint metrics and drive Agile adoption
