Job descriptionRecord transactions : Record all financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Manage accounts : Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile accounts : Reconcile company bank accounts and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Process payroll and invoices : Process payroll, issue invoices, and process payments. Prepare business / financial statements : Prepare Revenues / Sales Pipeline reports and Financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash flows) Technical skills : Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Pro / Online) and spreadsheet programs. Basic accounting knowledge : A foundational understanding of accounting principles.
