About The Role
Lead site execution for EPC projectsplan, execute, and close work to strict deadlines and within budget. You'll acquire resources, coordinate field teams and vendors / subs, own schedule / cost / quality / risk, and may oversee more than one project concurrently. Frequent / prolonged on-site assignments; travel 90%+.
Key Responsibilities
- Define scope, WBS, task estimates, milestones; identify assumptions / constraints (technical, schedule, resources, budget).
- Own client & vendor relationships; primary POC to drive on-time, on-budget delivery; run regular communications / meetings and review invoices.
- Control changes : manage change orders, document scope changes, obtain approvals, and track budget implications.
- Plan and sequence work using Primavera (including man-loading); facilitate team / customer meetings; communicate status to leadership.
- Monitor costs, resource utilization, risks, margins, QA / QC, and overall project performance; maintain rigorous documentation.
- Remain at site locations for extended durations as needed; coordinate with corporate and EPC leadership throughout the life cycle.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years progressive construction / site management with responsibilities listed above; ability to travel domestically and internationally.Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.Preferred Qualifications
PMP (PMI) and formal training in project management methods.Demonstrated leadership : team building, process improvement, conflict resolution, motivating diverse field teams; vendor / resource management at scale.Sector experience in power generation, LNG, or oil & gas EPC environments.Essential Functions & Work Conditions
Read / interpret safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions, and procedures; write reports / correspondence; present to management, vendors, officials, and customers.Apply math / engineering concepts (algebra, geometry, thermodynamics, chemistry, electricity); make competent decisions in emergency situations.Work in harsh environments and during unsociable hours; walk / reach / climb / stoop and lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
