Overview
The
Advisor, HR Insight Analyst is a data translator partnering across HR and the business to understand objectives and deliver actionable workforce insights & products that drive impact. Supporting multiple business units, this role uses research and analytics to help guide decision making and to measure the ROI and impact of organizational initiatives. Being a strategic advisor requires consulting & presentation skills, strong data analytics & research ability and a focus on enablement to scale people analytics adoption across the organization.
This position is part of a growing global People Analytics team and plays a substantial role in transforming data into strategy for executive leadership, driving adoption of analytics products, and improving user experiences across the organization. The role also focuses on demonstrating and measuring the ROI and impact of HR initiatives through data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions and products.
